The interior of the bag is really laid out and designed well. That's why there's more than one star.
Otherwise, this bag is junk. The zipper is constantly getting caught. The material is like paper. I understand its not water resistant, but there should not be standing water after a bit of rain and riding my bike from around the corner. Most importantly (and this was the dealbreaker, since I just need a pretty basic pack for riding to the gym and beach): the S-Shaped straps, which are said to be ergonomic, are in fact anything but!
The straps are the most uncomfortable thing. They squeeze the shoulders and make a bag with just a sunblock, a book, and some tee shirts feel like I'm carrying barbells.
